Junior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of engaging and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with designers and developers, gain hands-on experience with design tools, and participate in user research to enhance design outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Support the design team by creating wireframes, mockups, and basic prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate closely with designers and developers to fully understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet user needs.
- Participate in basic user research activities to gather insights on user behavior and inform design improvements.
- Utilize design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create, maintain, and update design assets.
- Incorporate feedback from team members to revise and refine design concepts.
- Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices to ensure designs remain current and competitive.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in UI/UX design or related work.
- A basic portfolio that demonstrates a clear understanding of UI/UX design principles and showcases relevant projects.
- Proficiency with design software including Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Fundamental knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and responsive design concepts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A degree or ongoing studies in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
