Junior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities
Design conversion-focused user interfaces for ecommerce websites, including product pages, collections, checkout processes, and landing pages. Conduct thorough ecommerce store audits covering UI, UX, conversion rate optimization (CRO), sales funnels, and overall performance. Identify gaps in conversion and recommend data-driven CRO improvements to enhance user engagement and sales. Develop wireframes, user interface flows, and optimized layouts tailored to ecommerce platforms. Analyze user behavior through heatmaps, analytics tools, and funnel data to inform design decisions. Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to implement design improvements effectively. Gather, document, and translate client requirements into clear, actionable UI solutions. Maintain UI consistency, usability, and alignment with overarching business goals.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce design with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization. Proven expertise in conducting comprehensive ecommerce store audits. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective UI designs. Deep understanding of ecommerce funnels, checkout optimization, and user journey mapping. Willingness to work night shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM. This position requires on-site presence at our Pine Avenue, Lahore office.
