Junior UI/UX Designer (Mobile App Design)

We are seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on mobile app design to join our team in Islamabad. This full-time, onsite role requires a creative professional who understands user-centered design principles and can deliver intuitive, visually appealing mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly for mobile applications, and possess a portfolio that demonstrates their ability to create seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and user-friendly mobile app interfaces that ensure an intuitive user experience and modern UI aesthetics.
- Collaborate on the layout and design of both web and mobile pages, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Translate concepts and ideas into high-quality visual designs, including wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and interactive elements.
- Create visual content for various platforms such as logos, infographics, brochures, promotional materials, and videos.
- Develop creative video content to support marketing, promotions, and social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices, integrating them into daily work.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all digital platforms.
- Develop comprehensive UI/UX strategies for digital assets through wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a portfolio showcasing expertise in mobile app design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Miro.
- Experience working with iOS and Android design systems and understanding best practices for mobile app design.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Preferred candidates will have up to 4 years of UI/UX experience.
- The position is based in Islamabad, with onsite work required from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
