Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients independently by leveraging an established network and generating sales opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing contracts.
- Take full ownership of sales operations, strategy development, and team building as the role evolves.
- Develop and implement scalable sales processes to support growth.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.
- Influence the agency’s commercial positioning and service offerings.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience selling digital marketing services such as Google Ads, SEO, or Meta Ads.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; all applications must be submitted in English.
- Established client portfolio or strong professional network with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads, negotiate deals, and close contracts successfully.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial instincts and the ability to work autonomously.
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on ownership, opportunity identification, and revenue generation.

Compensation Overview
This is a 100% performance-based position with no fixed base salary. Earnings depend entirely on client acquisition and the long-term value of client relationships. For example, acquiring one client can generate an initial $1,800 commission plus $200 monthly recurring revenue, while ten clients could yield $18,000 upfront and $2,000 monthly thereafter. These figures are illustrative and not guaranteed, as actual earnings vary based on sales performance, client retention, and contract values. All amounts are expressed in USD and exclude taxes and business expenses.
