We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and managing inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the previous day’s inventory closing records to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain LPG levels regularly to support uninterrupted kitchen operations.
- Receive physical stock from the warehouse according to departmental requirements.
- Inspect the quality and production dates of all stock received to ensure freshness and compliance.
- Cross-check stock received against system-generated requisitions for accuracy.
- Distribute stock appropriately to respective departments in a timely manner.
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations throughout the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards during the shift, including kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Ensure staff maintain personal hygiene at all times.
- Monitor staff attendance and report absenteeism to management.
- Coordinate with the HR department on staff-related matters.
- Oversee timely dispatch of all kitchen orders during shifts to meet service standards.
- Ensure all kitchen Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed rigorously.
- Conduct briefing sessions with kitchen staff at least once per shift to align on priorities and updates.
- Manage stock rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to maintain product quality and freshness.
- Supervise proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment and report any technical issues promptly.
- Foster discipline, teamwork, and a positive work environment within the kitchen team.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate degree in a relevant field is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within a restaurant setting.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Good understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Competitive market salary ranging from Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 80,000 per month.
