This role involves managing the complete daily onboarding process for both Consumer and Merchant Wallets via the Back Office (BO) Portal. The candidate will be responsible for conducting KYC/CDD verifications, ensuring timely processing of applications, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires close coordination with internal teams and external agencies to handle due diligence, suspicious activity identification, and customer service requests. Additionally, the role supports system improvements and participates in user acceptance testing (UAT) to enhance onboarding workflows and portal functionality.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding workflow for Keenu Consumer and Merchant Wallets through the BO Portal, including KYC/CDD verification and application processing within defined timelines.
- Perform due diligence to detect suspicious customers or merchants during verification, escalating cases to Compliance for Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs), or further action as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies, including conducting periodic wallet reviews, screening against proscribed persons lists, and managing expired CNIC and dormant wallets.
- Maintain accurate daily Management Information System (MIS) and status reports for approved, pending, and declined wallets, tracking declined customers and sharing relevant data with Customer Support and Settlement teams.
- Address customer requests and complaints through the BO Portal, Intellicon, and email channels, handling wallet activations, deactivations, voluntary closures, and other related issues.
- Liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and internal departments by responding to inquiries and providing necessary customer information, as well as periodic approval, decline, and compliance reports.
- Contribute to system enhancement initiatives, participate in UAT activities, and support transformation projects aimed at improving portal functionality, process efficiency, and the overall onboarding experience for Consumer and Merchant Wallets.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Commerce (ADC) or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fresh graduates with strong learning aptitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Alternatively, candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in KYC onboarding, account opening, KYC/CDD operations, or compliance departments will be preferred.
