We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage the daily onboarding process for Keenu Consumer and Merchant Wallets. This role involves handling KYC/CDD verifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support smooth wallet activation and customer service, while contributing to system improvements and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding workflow for Consumer and Merchant Wallets via the Back Office (BO) Portal, ensuring timely processing of applications and thorough KYC/CDD verification.
- Conduct due diligence to identify suspicious customers or merchants during verification, escalating cases to Compliance for Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs), or other necessary actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, including periodic wallet reviews, screening against proscribed persons, and managing CNIC-expired and dormant wallets.
- Maintain accurate daily Management Information System (MIS) and status reports for approved, pending, and declined wallets. Track declined customers and share relevant reports with Customer Support and Settlement teams.
- Address customer requests and complaints through the BO Portal, Intellicon, and email, including wallet activation, deactivation, voluntary closure, and other related issues.
- Coordinate with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and internal departments by responding to queries and providing required customer information, as well as periodic approval, decline, and compliance reports.
- Support system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and transformation projects aimed at improving portal functionality, onboarding processes, and overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Commerce (ADC) or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset are encouraged to apply. Alternatively, candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in KYC onboarding, account opening, KYC/CDD operations, or compliance departments will be preferred.

This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop expertise in compliance and onboarding within a dynamic financial services environment. Candidates who are detail-focused, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement will thrive in this role.
