Lab Technician / Junior Lab Technician

We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team in Karachi as Lab Technicians and Junior Lab Technicians. These roles involve performing a variety of laboratory tests to support quality control and product development. Candidates will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure product standards are met through accurate testing and analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical and chemical testing of products following established test methods and specifications.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and analyses to support quality control and product development activities.
- Prepare analytical quality control standards using standard laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Adhere to prescribed testing methodologies, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Maintain detailed records and traceability of test samples and laboratory outcomes.
- Coordinate with the Production Department regarding sampling and testing requirements.
- Assist Product Engineers in evaluating internal and external product complaints, including tip-wear and chemical testing.
- Operate laboratory equipment and support its proper calibration and maintenance.
- Guide and train coworkers on test procedures, laboratory equipment usage, and calibration protocols.
- Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and compliance with established procedures and standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in a relevant discipline, preferably Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or an equivalent field.
- For Lab Technician: A minimum of 2 years of relevant laboratory experience is required.
- For Junior Lab Technician: Fresh graduates or candidates with entry-level laboratory experience are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to maintain accurate and organized laboratory records.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
