Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center Multan is looking for a dedicated and skilled Lab Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests, analyzing results, and supporting the daily operations of the laboratory department. This role requires precision, adherence to safety protocols, and effective collaboration with medical staff to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic information.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze biological samples following established procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure optimal functionality.
- Record, interpret, and verify test results, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and accurate laboratory records.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment within the laboratory.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and medical staff by providing necessary test results and relevant information.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to uphold laboratory standards.
- Assist in research and development projects as required.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in laboratory technologies and testing techniques.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a lab technologist or in a similar laboratory role.
- Proficiency in using laboratory information systems and handling laboratory equipment.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, protocols, and safety standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and documenting results.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

This is a full-time position based at the Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center in Multan. The monthly salary starts from Rs35,000. The role requires the candidate to work on-site to ensure hands-on management of laboratory operations and direct collaboration with clinical staff.
