The Language Instructor position at Berlitz Pakistan is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The instructor will deliver high-quality language lessons to both adult and younger learners, adhering to Berlitz’s proven teaching methodologies and curricula. This role requires preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive classes, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development. Additionally, the instructor will assess learner needs, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the local team to foster a positive and engaging learning environment. Participation in training sessions, contribution to program improvements, and support for special courses or workshops may also be part of the responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging language lessons tailored to diverse learner groups, following Berlitz teaching methodologies.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions that encourage active participation and skill development.
- Monitor and evaluate learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Assess individual learner needs to customize instruction and support.

Required Qualifications
