We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laparoscopic Technician to join our IVF Center located in New Garden Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting laparoscopic and other minimally invasive surgical procedures. This position involves ensuring the proper handling and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment while strictly adhering to infection prevention and patient safety standards within the operating theatre.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and the operating theatre (OT) team during laparoscopic and other surgical procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Prepare, inspect, and arrange laparoscopic instruments, equipment, and accessories prior to procedures.
- Ensure the proper functioning, handling, and routine maintenance of laparoscopic equipment.
- Perform cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and safe storage of surgical instruments in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain the readiness of laparoscopic equipment and promptly report any faults or maintenance needs.
- Comply with infection prevention measures, patient safety guidelines, and OT protocols at all times.
- Monitor instrument availability, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate equipment-related documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, OT nurses, and other relevant staff to facilitate a seamless procedural workflow.
- Follow established protocols for handling and troubleshooting laparoscopic instruments and equipment.
- Keep detailed records of equipment checks, sterilization processes, and maintenance activities to ensure accountability and traceability.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in laparoscopic surgery, preferably within a hospital or IVF center environment.
- Practical knowledge of laparoscopic instruments, equipment, and their proper handling techniques.
- Familiarity with sterilization procedures, infection control, and OT safety protocols.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

The position offers a starting salary from Rs. 50,000 per month. This is an in-person role based at our IVF Center in Lahore, requiring commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
