Lara Developer Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated trainee to join our team for a six-month full-time internship opportunity. This remote position offers hands-on experience in web development technologies and frameworks. The role requires dedication during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is an unpaid position designed for recent graduates looking to build foundational skills in software development.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Work with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery to create responsive user interfaces.
- Support database management tasks using MySQL and gain practical experience with relational databases.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate RESTful APIs and handle data in JSON format.
- Participate in troubleshooting and debugging to improve application performance and functionality.
- Follow coding standards and contribute to documentation as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Undergraduate students currently enrolled are not eligible.
- Beginner-level proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data interchange.
- Fundamental knowledge of relational database concepts.
- Availability to commit full-time hours for the entire six-month duration.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced remote work environment.
