Laravel Apprentice-Program

We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time, unpaid trainee position lasting six months. This remote opportunity offers hands-on experience in web development, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is designed for recent graduates who have completed their Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology. This position is ideal for those looking to build foundational skills in PHP and related web technologies within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Collaborate with the team to implement front-end features using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Work with MySQL databases to support application functionality and data management.
- Utilize AJAX for asynchronous web requests to enhance user experience.
- Support integration and consumption of RESTful APIs and handle JSON data formats.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving application performance and security.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Undergraduate students currently enrolled are not eligible.
- Beginner-level proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data handling.
- Fundamental knowledge of relational databases and their design principles.
- Availability to commit full-time to the six-month training period.
