We are seeking a talented Laravel Full Stack Developer with a minimum of two years of professional experience to join our engineering team in Rawalpindi. This role requires hands-on involvement in both back-end and front-end development to build, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean, efficient code and optimizing performance while delivering reliable software solutions. You will work closely with designers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders to develop secure, high-performing products that create meaningful user impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve web applications using Laravel, PHP, and related technologies. Work with existing source code to ensure maintainability, scalability, and high code quality. Design and build reusable components, APIs, and modular application structures. Create and integrate responsive front-end interfaces using Blade, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and business solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack, including front-end, back-end, database, and deployment environments. Optimize database performance, application speed, and overall system efficiency. Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices. Implement secure coding practices and uphold high-quality software development standards. Assist with deployments, version control workflows, and continuous integration processes.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years’ professional experience developing applications with Laravel and PHP. Proven track record working on production-level applications and real-world business systems. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong expertise in Laravel and PHP development. Solid understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and scalable application design. Experience with MySQL, including database optimization, indexing, and migrations. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Blade templating. Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. Ability to understand, maintain, and improve existing codebases. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on code quality. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Vue.js, React, or other modern front-end frameworks is advantageous. Knowledge of Linux server administration, deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus. Familiarity with Laravel queues, jobs, events, and ecosystem tools will be beneficial. Exposure to SaaS products, multi-tenant applications, modular architectures, and third-party API integrations is highly desirable. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 100,000, with opportunities for performance-based growth.
