Last Mile Operations Executive

CCI Insights, People & Technology Services is seeking a skilled Last Mile Operations Executive to join their team supporting US-based logistics operations. This role involves managing and optimizing delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient service. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in last mile logistics, strong coordination skills, and excellent English communication. The position is based in PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, with rotational shifts and a six-day workweek. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with drivers to efficiently manage pickup and delivery schedules.
- Oversee daily operations at the delivery center to maintain smooth workflows.
- Address and resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and escalations promptly.
- Ensure effective route planning and equitable load distribution.
- Manage and support the onboarding process for 1099 delivery drivers as needed.
- Monitor load management to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US logistics or last mile operations.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including late evening and early morning hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
