Last Mile Operations Executive - US Logistics - CCI Insights, People & Technology Services!

CCI Insights, People & Technology Services is seeking a Last Mile Operations Executive to join their US Logistics team based in Karachi. This role involves supporting and optimizing delivery operations for US-based clients, requiring hands-on experience in logistics and strong coordination skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English communication and capable of working rotational shifts to ensure smooth and efficient last mile delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with drivers to efficiently manage pickup and delivery schedules.
- Oversee daily operations at the delivery center to maintain smooth workflows.
- Address and resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and escalations promptly.
- Ensure effective route planning and balanced load distribution.
- Manage and support the onboarding process for 1099 delivery drivers as needed.
- Monitor load management to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US logistics or last mile operations.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including evening and night hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

The position is located in PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. The working schedule includes rotational shifts from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM and 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, with six working days per week and one weekly off. The salary range offered is PKR 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience.
