L&D Trainer

PureLogics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Trainer to design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing employees’ communication, interpersonal, professional, and workplace skills. The ideal candidate will be confident in facilitating interactive sessions, leading discussions, and tailoring training content to meet the diverse needs of different audiences. This role involves working closely with various teams to identify training needs and ensure effective skill development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging soft skills training sessions for employees, interns, and trainees.
- Conduct interactive workshops focusing on communication, interpersonal skills, and professional growth.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
- Train participants in verbal and written communication, active listening, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Deliver sessions on presentation skills, public speaking, professional etiquette, and workplace communication.
- Provide training on time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, adaptability, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct specialized training on client communication, client handling, relationship management, and upselling techniques.
- Facilitate role plays, group activities, discussions, and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
- Assess participants’ progress and offer constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Customize training content to suit the skill levels and needs of different audiences.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and other relevant teams to identify and address training requirements.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on session outcomes and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Learning & Development professional.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong command of English, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to conduct engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Experience in developing training content, presentations, and learning activities.
- Deep understanding of workplace professionalism and interpersonal dynamics.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience delivering training within corporate or technology environments.
- Background in training fresh graduates, interns, or early-career professionals.
- Basic technical knowledge of common technology stacks, software development concepts, or IT terminology.
- Certifications in Training & Development, Instructional Design, or related fields.
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, or employee development initiatives.
- Familiarity with modern learning tools and virtual training platforms.
- Experience designing competency-based training programs and assessments.

Compensation: Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 150,000 per hour
