Lead – Finance (Reporting)

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join our team at the Head Office in Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in preparing and analyzing financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing valuable insights to guide business decisions. This position requires hands-on involvement with financial data, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of management information to support the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) and management reports to track financial performance.
- Analyze revenue streams, costs, margins, and overall profitability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct budget versus actual comparisons and perform variance analysis to highlight deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by collaborating with various departments to gather relevant data and assumptions.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into key performance indicators for management.
- Ensure all financial reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within established deadlines.
- Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to support informed business decisions and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Finance such as MBA or M.Com; ACCA qualification is preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in financial reporting and MIS, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in textile or apparel manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and experience working with ERP or other financial reporting systems.
