Lead Architect

Constructiv Group is seeking a Lead Architect to join its team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is pivotal in shaping the architectural vision and ensuring the delivery of cohesive, scalable, and secure solutions across various projects. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define architecture standards, lead solution design sessions, and support complex software development efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Guide the overall architectural direction and ensure robust, maintainable designs across projects.
- Define and enforce architecture standards and best practices.
- Lead solution design sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners and engineers.
- Review and refine technical and architectural designs, overseeing system integrations.
- Provide hands-on support for complex software development tasks when necessary.
- Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation.
- Assess risks, trade-offs, and align project work with strategic goals.
- Mentor and coach team members to promote technical excellence and adherence to standards.
- Participate actively in project planning, estimation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in architecture and architectural design, with a proven track record of creating scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Proficiency in software development and integration, including experience with modern frameworks, APIs, and system interoperability.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and coordination across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading architecture efforts for distributed or cloud-based systems is highly advantageous.
- Background in mentoring or coaching technical teams and establishing standards or best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with strong self-management, collaboration, and documentation skills.
