Lead Cabin Crew

We are seeking motivated and professional candidates to join our Flight Services team as Cabin Crew members. The ideal candidates will have either an LCC Certification or a minimum of two years of experience working as cabin crew. This role demands individuals who can effectively manage challenging situations, demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, and maintain composure under pressure. Flexibility with working hours and strong interpersonal skills are essential to thrive in this dynamic environment. Candidates must be prepared to provide all board-verified educational certificates, degrees, and competency certificates (if available) as part of their application.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or unexpected situations during flights.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain smooth flight operations.
- Adhere strictly to airline policies, safety regulations, and protocols at all times.
- Manage passenger inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor, fostering a welcoming atmosphere onboard.

Required Qualifications
- Possession of LCC Certification or at least two years of experience as cabin crew.
- Proven ability to solve problems efficiently and think critically under pressure.
- Demonstrated capability to remain calm and effective in stressful or emergency situations.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with passengers and colleagues effectively.
