- Manage end-to-end customer provisioning and onboarding, meeting turnaround commitments and ensuring readiness for go-live.
- Protect platform capacity and performance by assessing workloads, forecasting resource requirements, and enforcing workload acceptance based on agreed thresholds.
- Strengthen platform reliability through technical reviews, root-cause analysis, and remediation in partnership with Platform Operations.
- Act as the technical design authority for hosted cloud solutions, supporting solution engineering and pre-sales teams in evaluating platform feasibility for complex customer demands.
- Coordinate with OEMs and technical partners to ensure delivery aligns with approved designs during upgrades, migrations, and complex initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop engineering and provisioning teams, enhancing technical skills and establishing clear accountability for delivery and turnaround times.
- Collaborate across multiple business units including Cloud Platform Operations, Systems Integration, Technical Support, Cybersecurity, Solution Engineering, Tech PMO, and Supply Chain to ensure effective service delivery and transition.
