Lead Executive - Hardware

Eila Solutions is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager Sales / Sales Executive specializing in IT Hardware to join a dynamic and expanding team based in Lahore. The role involves working from Monday to Saturday, with office hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience will find this opportunity well-suited to their skills and career aspirations in the IT sales domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the IT hardware sector.
- Promote and sell a range of IT hardware, devices, and related technology solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Monitor market trends and explore new avenues for sales expansion.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in IT Hardware Sales, IT Sales, or Business Development roles.
- Proven track record of generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills essential for engaging with diverse clients.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills

- Experience in selling IT devices such as IP Phones and other hardware products is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of software solutions, including AI, mobile applications, and web applications, will be considered an advantage.
