Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects to initiate conversations and assess their interest.

- Pass qualified leads to the senior sales team for further engagement.
- Handle calls professionally using skills acquired through comprehensive training provided from day one.
- Maintain consistent performance to progress through defined career stages within the company.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English skills are essential, as the role involves direct communication with US-based contacts.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, on-site at the Gulistan-e-Johar branch.
- Confidence, motivation, and eagerness to develop professionally are key attributes.
- Prior experience in call centers, BPO, customer service, or any communication-focused role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Students currently pursuing education with proficient English are encouraged to apply.
