Lead Generation- CSR (Full-time/Part-time)

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, for a night shift outbound calling role. This position is ideal for freshers as well as experienced candidates who possess excellent spoken English and are eager to develop their communication skills in a professional environment. The role involves engaging with customers confidently while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude, with a focus on achieving assigned performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during all customer interactions.
- Communicate confidently and clearly with customers to ensure effective engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills with spoken fluency being mandatory.
- Educational background of Intermediate or Graduate level; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated individuals who can work independently.
- Basic computer knowledge to navigate relevant software and tools efficiently.

Shift Details:
- Night shifts only.
- Part-time shifts:
- Male: 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Female: 8:00 PM to 1:30 AM
- Full-time shifts include various timings:
- 8:00 PM to 3:30 AM
- 9:00 PM to 4:30 AM
- 10:00 PM to 4:30 AM
- 11:00 PM to 4:30 AM

This role requires in-person attendance at our Karachi Gulistan-e-Johar location (Kp-2023 preferred). Candidates must be fluent in English to ensure effective communication with customers.
