Lead Generation Executive

OTS, through its job platform Publish Jobs, supports employers across Pakistan in finding and hiring the right talent. We are excited to launch a dedicated Private Sector Recruitment team and invite motivated individuals to join at the outset. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the team’s processes and grow alongside it.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify 50 to 75 companies actively hiring across Pakistan each day.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, company career pages, and other legitimate sources to gather information.
- Accurately record details including the company name, open vacancy, city, source, and contact information of the decision-maker.
- Prioritize each lead as High, Medium, or Low based on relevance and urgency.
- Deliver high-priority leads to the sales team on the same day to ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain the CRM system by keeping data clean, complete, and free of duplicates.

Required Qualifications
- Strong online research and data-entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, job portals, Google search, and Google Sheets.
- Good command of written English and Urdu.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under daily targets.
- Familiarity with Pakistani companies and industry sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with the right skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
