LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers confidently and professionally over the phone.
- Convert incoming and outgoing calls into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a positive and persuasive communication style to close deals effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve collective success.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak confidently and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls efficiently.
- Willingness to work on-site during specified office hours.
