Lead Generation Executive

Experts Communication is seeking a motivated and confident Lead Generation Executive specializing in cold calling to join our team at our North Nazimabad, Karachi office. This full-time, on-site role involves proactively reaching out to potential clients to generate business opportunities in IT and digital services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in outbound calling, and the ability to engage with clients professionally to promote our design, development, SEO, and digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and businesses to introduce company services.
- Identify client needs and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings and appointments to facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and emails to nurture relationships.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients to support business growth.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales roles.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage clients effectively.
- Confidence in handling calls with international clients and managing objections professionally.
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing solutions is preferred.
- Target-driven mindset combined with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
