Lead Generation Executive

Forsee Logistics, a specialized third-party logistics brokerage focusing on car transportation across the United States, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive. This full-time, on-site role is based in Block 13, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (night shift). The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, researching relevant businesses and individuals, building and maintaining accurate lead databases, and supporting the sales team by generating qualified leads specifically for US car transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Google Search and other online tools to identify potential customers and business opportunities within the US auto transportation market.
- Conduct detailed research on individuals, car dealerships, auto auctions, vehicle buyers and sellers, and other prospects who may require vehicle transportation services.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update an organized database of qualified leads using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand target markets, lead requirements, and customer profiles.
- Consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Prepare and submit regular reports detailing lead volume, data accuracy, research activities, and lead quality to management.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in lead generation, online research, data mining, or prospect research.
- Strong proficiency in using Google Search for identifying and researching potential leads.
- Skilled in MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining and organizing lead databases.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify accurate and relevant prospects.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet assigned targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and additional lead-generation tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Prior experience in the US auto transportation, car shipping, logistics, or freight brokerage industry is highly preferred.
- This position requires in-person attendance at the Karachi office.
