Lead Generation Executive

Propstar Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support the expansion of its real estate operations. This role focuses on researching, prospecting, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients to drive sales success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying leads within the real estate market, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality prospects while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads through various channels such as online platforms, databases, and research tools.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to discover new business opportunities and target audiences.
- Qualify leads according to established criteria to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Maintain and update lead information accurately within CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new strategies and tools to enhance lead generation effectiveness.
