Lead Generation Executive

Experts Communication is looking for a confident and energetic Lead Generation Executive with expertise in cold calling to join our team based in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This full-time, on-site position involves proactively reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls to generate qualified leads specifically for IT and digital services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in client engagement, and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the digital marketing and IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and businesses to introduce company services.
- Clearly explain offerings such as design, development, SEO, and digital marketing solutions.
- Assess client needs to generate and qualify leads effectively.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team to follow up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- Follow up with interested prospects via calls and emails to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with potential clients to support long-term business growth.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales roles.
- Strong command of English with the ability to confidently communicate with international clients over the phone.
- Skilled in handling objections professionally and persuasively to convert prospects.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and digital marketing solutions is preferred but not mandatory.
- Target-driven mindset combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is an advantage.
