Textile City Inc., a reputable and expanding company specializing in premium home textile products for international markets, is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join their team in Garden Town, Lahore. This full-time position operates on a night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and offers a market-competitive salary. The role focuses on supporting sales and marketing efforts by identifying and nurturing potential clients, maintaining accurate databases, and contributing to overall business growth through strategic research and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads using online platforms, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Build, maintain, and update a comprehensive database of prospects and clients.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance metrics to optimize results.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve lead generation efforts.
- Communicate professionally with prospects, providing excellent customer service throughout the engagement process.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to management.
- Develop strong product knowledge to effectively support the sales process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
