We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team on a full-time basis in Lahore. This role involves working night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time), Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through effective communication and client engagement, primarily via phone calls. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to PKR 120,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote company services.
- Maintain professionalism and confidence while communicating with clients over the phone.
- Manage and update client information accurately in the database.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Adapt to working hours aligned with the EST time zone (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills with a clear and understandable accent.
- Ability to confidently engage clients over the phone with professionalism.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts according to the EST time zone.
