Lead Generation Executive - US Market

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to focus on the U.S. market and contribute to our business growth. This role involves driving B2B outreach through cold emailing and LinkedIn, utilizing various lead generation and email marketing tools. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to generate and qualify high-quality leads to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality B2B leads primarily through cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
- Utilize lead generation and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools to identify and engage prospects.
- Maintain, organize, and regularly update lead databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and qualify potential prospects to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the U.S.-based sales team to facilitate business development efforts.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal English to engage prospects and represent the company professionally.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, specifically targeting the U.S. market.
- Strong command of written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation and email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or equivalent platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management to organize and track leads efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets within specified timelines.
- Comfortable working in a night shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in B2B sales or business development is an advantage.
- Knowledge of U.S. business culture and market trends to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
- Competitive salary range of PKR 70,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and profile.
- Work location is in PECHS Block-6, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, providing a professional office environment.
