Lead Generation Intern

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team to support business development efforts on Upwork, focusing on identifying and securing relevant projects aligned with Devcubix’s services. This role involves researching potential clients, preparing tailored proposals, and maintaining effective communication to help grow our client base. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to gather project insights and track market trends, ensuring consistent lead generation and proposal submission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork that match Devcubix’s service offerings.
- Prepare and submit customized, professional proposals tailored to client needs.
- Conduct research on potential clients to understand their project requirements thoroughly.
- Assist in managing client communication and follow-ups to nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of submitted proposals, client responses, and leads.
- Coordinate with Development, UI/UX, and other relevant teams to gather necessary project information.
- Monitor Upwork trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for bidding and lead generation.
- Maintain proper documentation of all Upwork-related activities.
- Preference will be given to female candidates.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience or familiarity with Upwork or other freelancing platforms is preferred.
- Basic understanding of web/mobile development, UI/UX, or digital services is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, customized proposals.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in business development and international client acquisition.
- Exposure to CRM/lead management and sales processes will be advantageous.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in freelancing platforms, client acquisition, and business development practices while working in a collaborative, in-person environment. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs21,000 to Rs25,000.
