Hexicle is a dynamic digital agency focused on delivering high-performance web platforms, native mobile applications, and AI-driven business automation solutions for clients throughout the United States. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our outreach team and seeking 2–3 Lead Generation Interns to help strengthen our client acquisition efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience working closely with our growth team to develop targeted B2B outreach campaigns, emphasizing quality pipeline development rather than routine data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify high-potential prospects within assigned industry verticals.
- Verify and validate contact information for decision-makers, ensuring accuracy of email addresses.
- Personalize outreach sequences by applying approved messaging frameworks tailored to each prospect.
- Maintain and update campaign tracking dashboards, monitoring responses and flagging inbound leads.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow interns to meet shared pipeline targets and contribute to team goals.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or exposure to outbound sales, lead generation, or cold outreach, whether through internships, freelance work, or agency roles.
- Familiarity with prospecting and contact verification tools such as Apollo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Consistent availability, with a commitment of at least 2–3 hours per day.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
