We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Executives focused on lead generation. This remote position requires candidates to be based in Lahore and work during the night shift from 7 PM to 5 AM. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients to generate business leads. Candidates must have strong English communication skills and be equipped with the necessary tools to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers to generate leads.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all client interactions.
- Accurately record and report lead information and call outcomes.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation as set by management.
- Work independently during assigned night shift hours while adhering to company policies.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Ownership of a personal laptop to perform telemarketing tasks.
- Use of earphones or a headset to ensure clear communication.
- Residency in Lahore, as this role is location-specific despite being remote.
- Availability to work the night shift from 7 PM to 5 AM consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in telemarketing or lead generation is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs21,000 to Rs30,000 based on performance and experience.
