Lead Generation / List Building Intern

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation / List Building Intern to support our sales team by conducting basic research and compiling data. This entry-level, full-time onsite internship is based in Federal B Area, Block 5, Karachi. The role involves identifying relevant companies and decision-makers online, gathering their contact information, and organizing it into structured lists for the sales team’s use. No prior experience or strong English skills are required, making this an excellent opportunity for fresh candidates looking to gain practical experience in sales support and data management. A stipend of PKR 15,000 per month will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online searches for companies using platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and business directories.
- Collect essential information including company name, website, contact person, job title, email, phone number, and LinkedIn profile.
- Enter and organize collected data accurately into Google Sheets or CRM systems.
- Identify and remove duplicate records to maintain clean and reliable lead lists.
- Follow specific criteria and guidelines provided by the sales team to ensure data relevance.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in daily list-building tasks to meet set targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level: Matriculation.
- No prior experience in lead generation or sales research is necessary.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with internet browsing and Google search.
- Ability to use Google Sheets or Excel is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Comfortable performing repetitive research tasks with consistency.
- English fluency is not required for this role.
