Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and engaging prospective students interested in studying abroad. This role involves generating high-quality leads through various channels, maintaining an organized database of potential students, and collaborating closely with the sales team to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate prospective student leads using cold calling, telemarketing, WhatsApp, email marketing, social media, online platforms, referrals, and other outreach methods.
- Identify students interested in study abroad opportunities across destinations such as the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and others.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to introduce study abroad services and gauge student interest.
- Collect and maintain accurate information on students’ academic backgrounds, preferred destinations, and study plans.
- Schedule appointments and forward qualified leads to the sales and admissions team for further processing.
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases and prepare daily lead generation reports.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and improve conversion rates.
- Consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct cold calls and effectively communicate with prospective students.
- Basic understanding of lead generation, sales, and customer outreach techniques.
- Familiarity with Excel and online communication tools is advantageous.
- Target-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
