Lead Generation & Prospecting Intern

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation & Prospecting Intern to join our team in Iqbal Town, Lahore. This is a fully on-site internship with working hours from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The internship lasts for three months and offers a monthly stipend between PKR 40,000 and 50,000. Successful candidates may be considered for a full-time position based on their performance. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in B2B research techniques, identifying potential business clients, building targeted account lists, and managing lead databases to support our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough web and social media research to identify key decision-makers within target industries.
- Source, verify, and organize prospect contact details including email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and phone numbers.
- Build, clean, and maintain structured lead lists and databases using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Monitor prospect engagement, track conversion metrics, and evaluate list performance on a daily basis.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or current students with strong research skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, online directories, and advanced web search techniques to gather accurate information.
- Good command of written English and professional email communication etiquette.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Iqbal Town, Lahore during the specified evening shift hours.
