Genesis Code is seeking a motivated Upwork Bidder Intern who is passionate about sales, business development, and lead generation through Upwork. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates with less than six months of Upwork bidding experience who are looking for a meaningful career opportunity rather than a short-term internship. The position offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in Upwork business development while working remotely and receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant Upwork projects and potential clients.
- Analyze job posts to find suitable bidding opportunities.
- Assist with Upwork bidding and proposal submissions.
- Learn and develop skills in proposal writing and client communication.
- Generate and qualify leads to support client acquisition efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of bidding activities and prospecting.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to support client acquisition initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Current Bachelor’s student or recent graduate.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
