Propstar Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through strategic prospecting and market research. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, research, and organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients using various online platforms and prospecting tools.
- Generate and qualify leads based on predefined business criteria.
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via phone calls.
- Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead handovers.
- Monitor lead generation performance and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet performance targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate, BPO, Tele-sales, or Outbound Sales environments.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques and prospecting strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
- Understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition processes.
