Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Leads Generation & List Building Executive to join our team onsite in Gujranwala. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in lead generation, particularly through LinkedIn and similar platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, prospecting, and building accurate lead lists to support our sales and marketing efforts. This is a full-time, onsite position, and candidates must be available to work from our Gujranwala office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct LinkedIn lead generation activities to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Utilize tools such as Apollo.io or similar platforms to gather and verify lead information.
- Perform B2B and B2C lead research, prospecting, and list building with a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Maintain detailed and organized lead databases to ensure efficient lead management.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
- Support CRM usage by updating lead information and tracking progress through the sales funnel.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in lead generation and list building.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn lead generation techniques.
- Experience with Apollo.io or comparable lead generation tools.
- Strong skills in B2B and B2C lead research and prospecting.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
