Propstar Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join its expanding real estate team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about research, prospecting, and building strong sales pipelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying potential clients within the real estate market, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads. Attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism are essential to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including online platforms, databases, and research tools.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Maintain and update lead information accurately within CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
- Continuously explore and implement new strategies and tools to enhance lead generation effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in research and data mining.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
