The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying leads within the real estate market, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality prospects while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads through various channels such as online platforms, databases, and research tools.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
- Qualify leads according to established criteria to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain and update lead information accurately within CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Continuously explore and implement new strategies and tools to enhance lead generation effectiveness.
