Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in social media marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads through various social media platforms and implementing effective strategies to support business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads using social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients aligned with target audience criteria.
- Develop and implement strategic lead generation campaigns tailored to business objectives.
- Apply social media marketing techniques to attract and engage prospective customers effectively.
- Manage prospect outreach and follow-up activities to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in lead generation roles.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools.
- Excellent research capabilities combined with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to accurately identify target audiences and consistently generate high-quality leads.

Additional Details:
This is a full-time position requiring availability during US time zone hours, specifically night shifts. The role is based in-person, providing an opportunity to work closely with the team and contribute directly to company goals. Compensation ranges from Rs15,000 to Rs50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
