ZIZ Tech is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support the expansion of its customer base in the UK and UAE markets through organic lead generation and outreach efforts. This role focuses on identifying potential clients using free online resources and engaging with decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and other non-paid channels. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, self-motivated, and skilled in research and communication, contributing to the company’s growth by generating qualified leads and maintaining strong prospect relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers in the UK using Google, LinkedIn, company websites, and other free sources.
- Locate relevant decision-makers and business contacts within target organizations.
- Conduct organic outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels without relying on paid tools.
- Generate and qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s criteria.
- Maintain and update lead lists regularly, following up with prospects to nurture relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets consistently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in BSIT, BBIT, or BBA are preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with experience.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects naturally without scripted responses.
- Proficient in using Google and LinkedIn for prospecting and lead research.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads organically, without the use of paid tools or software.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and stay motivated.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at Al-Hafeez Shopping Mall, Gulberg III, Lahore. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with two shifts available: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The role requires in-person attendance at the office location.
