Lead Generation Support

Located in Lahore, Pakistan, this on-site role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to engage with IT professionals and developers across platforms such as Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn. The position involves managing social media accounts, handling conversations, and fostering community engagement. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. The role comes with a salary of $350 per month plus performance bonuses, and the work schedule is Monday to Friday with a half-day on Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain LinkedIn, Reddit, and X accounts effectively.
- Respond to inbox messages and manage ongoing conversations.
- Actively engage with developer communities and participate in relevant discussions.
- Conduct daily outreach activities and generate leads.
- Research potential candidates and keep track of daily tasks and progress.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of Reddit, X, and LinkedIn functionalities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
