Based in Korangi, Karachi, this full-time HR position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 120,000. The role requires an experienced professional with 5 to 6 years of expertise in HR operations and industrial relations, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing comprehensive HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering positive employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily HR operations and oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit processes.
- Address employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Administer attendance tracking, leave management, payroll coordination, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) matters and resolve labor-related issues in accordance with legal requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor laws.
- Support recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives to enhance workforce productivity.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, Management Information Systems (MIS), and other essential HR documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with management and employees to address HR-related concerns and facilitate smooth communication.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR operations and industrial relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills essential for managing complex HR issues.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly preferred.
