Edversity is seeking a Lead Instructor to develop and deliver the AI Engineering with Claude program, a live cohort designed to transform coders into proficient AI engineers using the Claude stack. In this role, you will take full ownership of the curriculum and classroom experience, ensuring that learners successfully complete projects and are prepared to enter the workforce. Edversity, founded in Pakistan in 2021, has trained over 12,500 learners and is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia. The AI Engineering with Claude cohort targets individuals who already have coding skills, such as final-year students, recent graduates, and junior developers. The curriculum covers the Claude API, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, MCP, evals, and guardrails. Each learner completes three projects and a capstone for real employers or clients before moving on to either a placement or startup track.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum and Lab Development: Finalize the curriculum and design all labs, project briefs, and grading rubrics. Oversee the execution of each lab alongside teaching assistants, tracking time and API costs. Participate in selecting and training three teaching assistants to support the program.
Teaching and Assessment: Conduct weekly live sessions focusing on core concepts with hands-on coding demonstrations. Lead weekly review sessions where learners present demos and receive code reviews. Administer gate assessments where learners defend their design decisions and make live modifications to their systems.
Capstone and Course Maintenance: Supervise capstone project teams and liaise with their employer or customer sponsors. Continuously update course materials to reflect changes in Claude models and tools.
Learner Outcomes: Collaborate with hiring partners to develop capstone briefs and participate as a panelist during demo days. Prepare learners for the Claude Certified Developer: Foundations exam. Review and refine the curriculum after each cohort to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness.
