Lead Software Engineer - Java Full Stack Angular

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Build, test, and deploy microservices and REST APIs, ensuring system scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Implement responsive and accessible front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Optimize application performance through efficient coding practices and debugging.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment.
- Manage source code and version control using Git.
- Conduct automated testing with JUnit to maintain software quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in both development and production environments.

Required Qualifications

- 8 to 12 years of experience in software engineering with a solid understanding of modern development methodologies.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in Java 8, Spring, and Spring Boot for back-end development.
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies including Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and experience working with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.
- Experience with microservices architectures and cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and common development tools such as Git and package managers.
- Proven ability to resolve technical challenges across design, development, and production stages.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and collaborate with diverse teams.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level.
